“UP” – Unleashing Potential

UP is located in the heart of Houston’s Fifth Ward and exists to provide inner city youth an opportunity to fulfill spiritual, academic, personal and career goals. In groups and with one-on-one mentors, UP kids attend church, youth activities and plays. They also celebrate birthdays and holidays, and visit museums and cultural events. Led by Janie and Jim Allen, this ministry is helping “unleash potential” in the next generation through practical, loving ways! You can be a part of this ministry in many ways.
