Life on the Rock Living

Life on the Rock” is a process of continually building our house on the firm foundation that is Jesus. All other ground is sinking sand. This is a way of life that we must choose in order to find consistency, authenticity and practicality in our day-to-day walk. This not only means intensive Bible study, fervent consistent prayer, building relationships with other Christians, and containing the Word in your heart; it means that as Christians we must live in obedience to God through a lifestyle of discipline and good choices.

This comes only by falling in love with our Father, understanding his intentions for us, and then walking out our Faith. Tuesday Night messages are especially geared towards teaching our youth about a loving Father who knows what is best in their lives. Youth are taught how to deal with temptation, anger, pain, regret and other real-life symptoms of a fallen world.

Tuesday at 6:30 p.m., our youth show up for pizza, sold at cost. Then we open up the foosball, air hockey and pool table for half an hour. At 7:00 p.m., the youth move to the Youth Lounge, where they experience live worship led by our youth worship team. Next is the message, small groups and snack time, all ending at 9:00 p.m.

On Sunday morning, we meet with the community in the auditorium during 2nd service and worship together. After worship the youth are dismissed to go to Bible Study classes. We hope to see you soon!
