My path to the Vineyard Church of Houston began in 1997 with a job transfer from the east coast with Hyatt Hotel, a significant spiritual awakening, and decision to begin a journey of recovery – all culminating with coming onto the staff of this church in January 2007.

God began making preparations in my heart to leave the corporate world in the last part of ‘06, and in a rare act of pure obedience to God, I made the jump. Since that time, I have been amazed to see how God has been faithfully and steadily moving me towards this position all my life, molding my experience, skills, and expertise into a “Next Generation” pastor.

My 22 years of corporate life includes Calvin Klein, Hyatt Hotels, and two destination management/ event companies here in Houston. My professional expertise includes teambuilding, catering, corporate meeting planning and special events.

I love my job. I love the children and parents of our church. I am blessed beyond measure.

I am passionate about teaching the Bible to children in age-appropriate, creative, and innovative ways. We are presently in a 3-year journey through God’s word, book by book. I am dedicated to instilling confidence in children about their faith…a faith that is reasonable, defensible, and can stand up to the toughest critics and closest scrutiny.

I am also passionate about my own children, recovery, and this church!
