Besides Jesus, talking Gloria (aka “Glo”) into marrying me in 1978 was the smartest decision I ever made!

Our lives have been enriched over the years with our kids, Michelle and Mark. Michelle is a world-renowned (at least we think so) graphic designer and Mark is a history major at the University of Houston’s Honor College (Go Coogs!) and a barista for Starbucks. Glo and I enjoy our kids, our Life Group (Alegria), and making new friends - especially if it includes good coffee and dessert!




Our family has been part of The Houston Vineyard since 2002 and has been involved in healing teams, VLI, Alpha, and leading Life Groups. I have served on staff since 2005. My current responsibilities include Life Groups, finances, facilities, personnel, preaching, and anything else Michael says I’m responsible for!



With a BS and MBA from the University of Houston, my background includes project management, pastoring, and banking. We continue to be amazed and excited about how God has led us to this opportunity to build the Kingdom of God here at The Houston Vineyard.
